Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé permettant d'identifier les chromosomes autosomiques ainsi que les chromosomes sexuels d'un caryotype humain en utilisant un ensemble de sondes d'oligonucléotides marquées de manière combinatoire: (i) ayant chacune une désignation préétablie se distinguant de celle de n'importe quel autre élément de l'ensemble susmentionné et (ii) étant chacune en mesure de s'hybrider de manière spécifique avec un chromosome autosomique ou un chromosome sexuel prédéfinis d'un caryotype humain. Cette invention a trait, de surcroît, à un interféromètre utilisé dans le cadre de ce procédé.
