Abstract
Machine (500) servant à poser des crapauds et pouvant séparer automatiquement des crapauds individuels (526) à élasticité de ressort d'un empilement de crapauds, puis de poser les crapauds individuels dans des culots d'ancrage (536). Cette machine peut comporter deux unités de travail séparées (518, 520), dont chacune d'entre elles est placée au-dessus d'un rail respectif et supporte les ensembles (608) de pose des crapauds du côté extérieur et du côté intérieur du rail. Chaque ensemble de pose (608) est mobile depuis une position de réception des crapauds un par un, provenant d'un chargeur (640), de façon qu'il passe par une position alignée sur le culot d'ancrage (536) de la selle. Une butée (640) associée à chaque ensemble aligne l'unité de travail dans le sens de la longueur par rapport au rail et au culot d'ancrage et maintient la selle en place pendant l'opération de pose du crapaud. La totalité de l'unité de travail est, de préférence, montée sur un bâti flottant (522) afin de se déplacer verticalement par rapport au rail et à la fois dans un sens longitudinal et transversal par rapport au rail.
