Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à des produits ostéogéniques stérilisés en fin de fabrication et destinés à être implantés chez un mammifère. Ce produit renferme une combinaison d'une protéine ostéogénique biologiquement active et d'un excipient insoluble qui, après avoir été combinés, sont stérilisés par exposition à un rayonnement ionisant, tel que des rayons gamma ou un faisceau électronique. Les produits de l'invention stérilisés en fin de fabrication se caractérisent en ce qu'ils induisent la formation osseuse après leur implantation chez un mammifère.
