Abstract

La présente invention concerne un verre sodo-silico-calcique teinté en bleu-vert et modérément transparent pour la lumière visible. A l'épaisseur nominale de 4mm, sa transparence à la lumière visible est comprise entre environ 10 % et environ 70 %, pour une conduction de la chaleur solaire directe d'au moins 5 % inférieur au coefficient de transparence de la lumière visible. Les ingrédients pour cette composition de ce verre sodo-silico-calcique sont principalement le Fe2O3 à raison d'environ 1 % à environ 3 % de la masse, le TiO2 à raison d'environ 0,1 % à environ 1 % de la masse, et le Co3O4 à raison d'environ 0 ppm à environ 500 ppm, le fer ferreux étant présent à raison d'environ 10 % à environ 37 % de la masse totale du fer.
