Abstract

Dans son mode de réalisation préféré, un raccord rapide (10) pour raccorder un conduit mâle (12) à un logement femelle (14) présente une paire de segments centraux (60 et 62), un segment de corps (56) et une paire de segments de branches (68). Les segments de branches (68) sont définis par une paire d'éléments de projection (76) qui peuvent être au moins partiellement comprimés l'un contre l'autre, provoquant ainsi le déplacement l'un vers l'autre des éléments centraux. Une bague de maintien (114) est prévue sur la paire d'éléments se projetant (76). Le maintien du raccord rapide (10) en position est effectué lorsque la bague (114) est totalement logée dans une partie de l'ouverture (18) du logement femelle (14). Un autre mode de réalisation prévoit l'utilisation de la bague (114) comme un outil permettant d'installer et de découpler le conduit mâle (12) dans le logement femelle (14) ainsi que pour maintenir le raccordement.
