Description
SPECIFICATION
This invention relates to a single article of clothing which stores hot and/or cold/ice packs used for injuries and pain relief.
It is common in ice/heat aids for injuries to manuallY apply to region/s of the human body in need, eg. by preheating or freezing hot/cold pack, wrap it up in a towel and place to the skin over top of the injury, or, you may prep an aid that does not require wrapping in a towel and which is designed for single body parts, such as: csrvical neck, lumbar back etc. It is of course, necessary that the aid be situated securely for periods of time~ ~ids of this type are inefficient because the lack of security against the force of body movement causes the aid to shift and even fall out of place. This results in unsatisfactory pain relief treatment or being completely inactive while using. They are, moreover unsatisfactory because injured pain suffering individuals rely on the power of ice/heat pain relief to enable them to drive an automobile. I have proven it to be a safety hazard to frequently adjust such aids to locations of the back and neck while I am behind the wheel of my vehicle.
I have found that these disadvantages may bs overcome by providing a number of lined pockets secured to the back, inside of a single article of clothing covering all areas of the back and neck. Such lined pockets permit the option of inserting ice, heat or combination of~ to single area/s or all entirety of the human back and neck major muscle group requiring treatment eliminating more than one aid to treat more than one injured area, secure a greater effect for the ~ntire back and neck, and omits insufficiently secured to body aids since the power of the individual using the vest must only wear an article of clothing, fastened to a secure fit, existing ice and heat pack/s to reside where originally applied and containing the Power of shock absorbents while confronting any bouncing endursd while in transportation of an automobile ~In pictures which illustrate embodiments of the invention, Figure 1 is inside view of vest containing seven marked pockets secured to inside back of garmsnt, encased stirofoam secured to inside back situated directly and horizontally beneath the second row from top of pocketsJ Picture 2 is a face view of vest front which illustrates four hoirizon~allY sewn secured adjustable belts .~ a ~h h c~ Joop ta,~e, Th~ article of clothing shown comprises of seven secured pockets for purpose of inserting heat or ice individually sewn secured inside one vest such that the accomodation for any ine or whole major muscle group may be treated per each individuals needs.
