Abstract
Nouvelle cartouche à jet d'encre pour utilisation dans une imprimante. Elle comprend un orifice de retrait d'encre dans lequel est placée une mèche définissant un passage capillaire permettant le transfert d'un fluide depuis la cartouche vers une aiguille de retrait de l'imprimante qui est reçue dans l'orifice de retrait. Ce passage favorise le transfert du liquide vers l'aiguille de retrait, tout en formant un filtre pour empêcher que des impuretés n'atteignent les orifices d'entrée de l'aiguille. Un autre avantage de cette construction est la capacité du passage capillaire d'éviter la transmission de bulles d'air, limitant ainsi la possibilité que de l'air soit aspiré par la buse de retrait lorsque la cartouche est presque épuisée.
