Abstract
Procédé de production de sulfate de potassium, de sulfate de sodium et de chlorure de sodium à partir de potasse et d'une source sulfate de sodium/eau, selon lequel la potasse (12), le sulfate de sodium (14), la boue (34) provenant de la phase de récupération et la saumure (18) provenant de la phase (20) de décomposition de la glasérite sont introduits dans une première phase (10) dans laquelle le sulfate de sodium et la potasse se dissolvent, si bien que la glasérite est précipitée. La boue est concentrée et acheminée (22) vers la phase de décomposition (20) de glasérite en même temps que de l'eau (24). La potasse est introduite directement (8) et/ou par l'intermédiaire du flux (22), en excès, dans la phase (10). Le sulfate de potassium solide est séparé, lavé et séché pour donner un produit de sulfate de potassium (27). La liqueur mère (18) enlevée du réacteur est renvoyée à la phase (10) de production de glasérite. La saumure (26) produite lors de la production de glasérite (10) est évaporée dans un cristalliseur d'évaporation (28). En enlevant l'eau (30), on produit une sursaturation de chlorure de sodium qui forme un précipité en se séparant de la solution.
