Abstract
Méthode et appareil utilisés pour la production de nourriture ou de prémélange; produit ainsi obtenu. Une quantité préalablement déterminée d'hydrolysat de krills est ajoutée à une quantité préalablement déterminée de véhicule sec. On obtient un mélange. Ce dernier est soumis à un processus de séchage, dans lequel des particules relativement plus lourdes sont séparées de particules relativement plus légères. Le mélange peut être brassé, broyé et soumis à une réaction chimique dans un réservoir d'équilibre avant son entrée dans le sécheur. Ce dernier utilise une source d'air chaud, une colonne et un cyclone pour sécher le mélange après son entrée dans le sécheur. On peut ajouter au produit provenant du sécheur une enzyme sensible à la température ou d'autres produits bioactifs. Le produit convient bien pour l'alimentation en aquaculture et comme nourriture pour divers animaux.
