Abstract
Connecteur de fils électriques en ligne qui comprend une pièce insérable métallique située à l'intérieur d'un manchon thermorétrécissable. La pièce insérable comprend deux parties (2, 3) chevauchantes destinées à recevoir les fils venant de directions opposées. Une bande de métal d'apport est placée au niveau de la surface de chevauchement et peut couler à travers des ouvertures ménagées dans les pièces insérables de manière à effectuer une connexion électrique chevauchante entre les fils et la pièce insérable (2, 3). Des parties saillantes (16) s'étendent vers l'intérieur dans les parties (2, 3) recevant le fils de la pièce insérable, de manière à serrer les fils et à fournir une connexion électrique temporaire entre ces deux éléments. Des bagues d'étanchéité (8) sont placées à l'intérieur du manchon thermorétrécissable au-delà de l'extrémité de la pièce insérable (2, 3).
