Abstract
Procédé de production de lymphocytes T cytotoxiques spécifiques d'un antigène, par incubation, à l'aide de cet antigène, d'une préparation cellulaire renfermant des lymphocytes T, et par isolement desdits lymphocytes T cytotoxiques spécifiques de l'antigène. Le procédé est caractérisé par (i) l'activation de la prolifération des lymphocytes T cytotoxiques dans la préparation cellulaire par incubation à l'aide de l'antigène; (ii) le transfert sélectif d'un vecteur dans les lymphocytes T cytotoxiques en prolifération, ledit vecteur renfermant un gène marqueur permettant la séparation des cellules marquées et non marquées; et (iii) la séparation des lymphocytes T cytotoxiques spécifiques de l'antigène ainsi transfectés, en fonction dudit gène marqueur. Ledit procédé est utilisable dans l'immunomodulation.
