Abstract

Selon un mode de réalisation, un coupleur (125) possède une face à laquelle on a donné une forme adéquate pour venir en contact intime avec la surface antérieure de la cornée et comprend sur son autre face des orifices (171, 173) le traversant partiellement et recevant des fibres optiques (133, 137). Les fibres optiques sont illuminées par une radiation infrarouge émise par des diodes lasers (127, 129).
