Abstract

Je présente un nouveau conçept de FONDATION PREFABRIQUEE, murs et bases(footing ) en béton précontraint fabriquer en sections, pour être assembler sur plaçe de destination. Ces sections sont couler en usine dans des moules de préçisions,où est incorporer le béton de qualité requis, l'açier d'armatures calculer et requis,aussi les ferrures d'açier pour assemblage reliées à l'açier d'armature, les ouvertures requis pour laisser passer les boulons spéçifiques pour l'assemblage des sections, les encoches pour laisser passer les câbles d'acier du haut et du bas, les encoches spéçifiques pour les joints d'étanchéité. A remarquer; les câbles d'açier incorporer à l'ensemble dans le bas et le haut des sections lorsque assembler, ont deux fonctions; la première,servent à tenir une pression permanante sur les sections pour les retenir et renforcer leur alignement; deuxième,qui fait état d'alignement du fait de même diamètre que la largeur de l'encoche longitudinal sur le haut des sections.
