Abstract
L'invention concerne un système de pompage pour appliquer à des effluents polyphasiques une pression suffisante pour les transporter depuis une source telle qu'un puits de production pétrolière) jusqu'à un lieu de destination éloigné. Pour améliorer le fonctionnement de la pompe et rendre plus souple la gestion des transferts d'effluents, le système comporte une boucle de recyclage d'une fraction des effluents polyphasiques sortant de la pompe vers l'entrée de celle-ci, comportant de préférence un élément de dérivation tel qu'un T, conformé pour diminuer le rapport volumétrique GLR des effluents recyclés. Dans la boucle est interposé un élément de régulation tel qu'une vanne pilotée et éventuellement un ballon-tampon, et un élément tel qu'un éjecteur mélangeur pour utiliser une partie de l'énergie des effluents dérivés. Application à des installations de pompage offshore par exemple.The invention relates to a pumping system for applying pressure to multiphase effluents sufficient to transport them from a source (such as an oil production well) to a remote destination.
