Abstract

La présente invention concerne une instrumentation ancillaire pour la plastic du ligament croisé postérieur genou (LCP) permettant le forage d'un ou deux tunnels tibiaux d'insertion par un abord chirurgical antérieur comportant un système de protection de la face postérieure de l'extrémité supérieure du tibia et un dispositif de visée pour le guidage d'au moins un foret caractérisé en ce que le systèmes de protection est constitué d'au moins un tube coudé (3), accouplé de manière amovible par une rallonge (4) à un manche à verrouillage (2) permettant son installation par l'échancrure intercondylienne (16), sur la face postérieure de l'extrémité supérieure du tibia (17), de telle manière que, d'une part l'extrémité distale (306) dudit tube coudé (3) serve de butée au foret (89) guidé par le dispositif de visée (7) et débouchant du tunnel osseux tibial, et d'autre part, ledit tube coudé (3) puisse former avec un tube passe-fil rectiligne (13) disposé en lieu et place du foret (89), un canal continu pour le guidage d'une boucle métallique (18) destinée à tirer le LCP prothétique depuis la face antérieure du tibia (17) jusqu'au point d'insertion fémoral.
