Cette bouche d'incendie va ameliorer les operations de fonctionnement et eviter des couts d'entretien du a ces materiaux nouveaux et les nouveaux principes de fonctionnement.This fire hydrant will improve operating operations and avoid maintenance costs due to these new materials and new operating principles.

DIW LGATION
Le principe de commande - A (feuille de dessin 1\3 et 2\3) sert a ouvrir la partie B (feuille 1\3 et 3\3) de 90 degre de facon lente afin de prevenir des coups de belier. La partie (1) est un "shaft"
qui est relie a 2 engrenages de 90 degre piece (4) qui fait tourner une vis sans fin (5) emprisonnee dans 2 bagues (6) de brass. Cette vis sans fin deplace une "NUT" (3) sur son axe longitudinal et vient deplacer la piece (2) qui est relie a la partie B (feuille 1\3 et 3\3) par un "shaft" carre avec joint de fissure voir (feuille 1\3). Ces pieces de la partie A sont en materiaux composite et assemblees selon les croquis en annexe.
La partie B comprend 3 principales parties, le moule en forme de coude en materiaux polymere (piece 2), ce moule est fait filete autour de la piece (1) de facon a etancher. La piece 1 est actionnee par le "shaft" carre venant du haut. La piece 1 montree au (feuille 1\3 et 3\3) est un cylindre avec une orifice permettant de laisser passer l'eau pour repondre aux normes concernant les bornes-fontaines.
Cette piece est en acier inoxidable et a une "rainure" du cote ou il n'y a pas de pression lorsque la borne-fontaine est fermee, de facon a drainer l'eau restant dans la borne-fontaine lorsque celle-ci est fermee. La rainure dans la piece (1) et le trou (3) (voir dessin 3\3) etant alignes lorsque ferme celle-ci n'accumule pas d'eau.
Vous remarquerez sur mon dessin 1\3 que la partie "C" peut-etre fait de materiaux composite ou de polymere. Elles sont faites (partie C) de facon a etre bridees entre elles et aussi a la partie B et la partie A.

The operating principle - A (drawing sheet 1 \ 3 and 2 \ 3) is used to open part B (sheet 1 \ 3 and 3 \ 3) 90 degrees slowly in order to prevent water hammer. Part (1) is a "shaft"
which is connected to 2 gears of 90 degree piece (4) which rotates a worm (5) trapped in 2 brass rings (6). This worm moves a "NUT" (3) on its longitudinal axis and comes move the piece (2) which is connected to part B (sheet 1 \ 3 and 3 \ 3) by a square "shaft" with crack joint see (sheet 1 \ 3). These parts of part A are made of composite materials and assembled according to the sketches in the appendix.
Part B has 3 main parts, the mold in the form of bend in polymeric materials (piece 2), this mold is made threaded around the part (1) so as to seal. Room 1 is activated by the square "shaft" coming from the top. Exhibit 1 shown at (sheet 1 \ 3 and 3 \ 3) is a cylinder with an opening allowing to leave pass the water to meet the standards for standpipes.
This piece is made of stainless steel and has a "groove" on the side where it there is no pressure when the fire hydrant is closed, so to drain the water remaining in the standpipe when it is closed. The groove in the part (1) and the hole (3) (see drawing 3 \ 3) being aligned when closed it does not accumulate water.
You will notice on my drawing 1 \ 3 that the part "C" can be done of composite or polymer materials. They're done (part C) so as to be flanged together and also to part B and part AT.

REVENDICATION
Revendication 1: Un appareil servant a alimenter en eau soit les camions d'incendie, les boyaux d'arrosage ou touts autres appareils comprenant un systeme de fermeture a la base d'une bille perforee transversalement au diametre necessaire pouvant passer l'eau de distri-bution, contenu dans une cage permettant d'etre demonter par un arbre qui mue cette dite bille ac-tionnee par un embrayage situe dans la partie haute dudit appareil dont l'enveloppe protegeant les mecanismes internes est fait de materiaux composite et/ou polymere.
Revendication 2: Un appareil servant a alimenter et/ou distribuer l'eau tel que defini dans la revendication 1 dans lequel l'embrayage est forme par une vis sans fin actionnee par un boulon situe a l'exterieur de l'en-veloppe dudit boulon et la vis sans fin permettant de deplacer une "nut" sur l'axe de ladite vis se mouvant a l'horizontal dans une piece en forme de U
de maniere a delacer cette piece dite en forme de U
dans un mouvement de 0 a 95 degre permettant a un arbre de faire muer la position de ladite bille.
Revendication 3: Un appareil servant a la distribution d'eau tel que defini dans les revendications 1 et 2, dans lequel les pieces internes et externes sont en materiaux composite et/ou polymere.
Revendication 4: Un appareil servant a la distribution d'eau tel que defini dans les revendications 1,2 et 3 dans lequel les pieces dudit arbre sont en acier et de maniere a sectionner a des endroits precis en cas de rupture.
Revendication 5: Un appareil servant a la distribution d'eau tel que defini dans les revendications 1,2,3 et 4 dans lequel une piece de materiaux composite et/ou polymere en-veloppe l'embrayage de facon a le rendre fonctionnel, a l'abri de l'eau ou touts autres produits pouvant nuire au bon fonctionnement de l'appareil le tout pouvant resister aux chocs selon les normes, l'ensem-ble de l'enveloppe peut-etre demontable de facon a per-mettre l'entretien ou la reparation.

REVENDICATION
Revendication 6: Un appareil servant a la distribution d'eau tel que defini dans les revendications 1,2,3,4 et 5 dans lequel un arbre pouvant etre demontable en section et proteger dans une enveloppe de materiaux composite et/ou polymere, cette dite enveloppe protegeant l'arbre reliant ladite bille et l'en-grenage, sera relie avec des brides boulonnees aux pieces adjacentes dudit appareil.
Revendication 7: Un appareil servant a la distribution d'eau tel que defini dans les revendications 1,2,3,4,5 et 6 dans lequel les bouchons obstruant les sorties sont en materiaux composite et/ou polymere avec des filets repondant aux normes et pouvant fermer de facon a empecher l'eau de sortir et de laisser l'air entrer pour permettre l'evacuation de l'eau dans la partie situee entre la bille et le dessous de l'engrenage.
Revendication 8: Un appareil servant a la distribution d'eau tel que defini dans les revendications 1,2,3,4,5,6 et 7 dans lequel il y a un coude de 90 degre en mate-riaux composite et/ou polymere permettant de re-tenir la bille d'ouverture et de fermeture, ledit coude permettant de relier le reseau d'eau a l'en-veloppe de l'arbre.
Revendication 9: Un appareil servant a la distribution d'eau tel que defini dans les revendications 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 et 8, dans lequel un trou situe dans le fond du coude est fait de maniere a permettre l'evacua-tion de l'eau situee dans ladite enveloppe entre ladite bille et ledit engrenage de facon a operer seulement lorsque la bille obstrue l'entree d'eau de par le reseau, le trou devient obstrue par la bille lorsque celle-ci devient ouverte en lais-sant passer l'eau provenant du reseau.
Revendication 10: Un appareil servant a la distribution d'eau tel que defini dans les revendications 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 et 9 dans lequel une bille d'acier et/ou de poly-mere et/ou de materiaux composite vient fermer AMENDEMENT

Revendication 10: de facon etanche l'eau provenant du reseau et avec (suite) une rainure faite du cote oppose du reseau lais-sant passer l'eau de facon gravitaire par le trou dans le coude de 90 degre lorsque ladite rainure et le trou viennent dans le meme axe vertical.
Revendication 11: Un appareil servant a la distribution d'eau tel que defini dans les revendications 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 et 10 dans lequel une forme de la base du coude permet d'e-vacuer l'eau de facon a ne pas obstruer le trou de drainage dudit appareil de distribution.
