BLIND, VISUALLY IMPAIRED, LEARNED DISABLED, AND
TEACHERS OF THESE INDIVIDUALS.
IN THIS INVENTION THE IMPROVED PROCESS UTILIZES
A NEWLY DEVELOPED MATERIAL THAT HAS VARYING DEGREES
OF CONSISTENCY & COLORS; WHICH IS DISPENSED ON TO
A SUBSTRATE WITH THE AID OF COMPUTER ASSISTED
ROBOTICS, TO PRODUCE BRAILLE TEXT, (DOTS) AND
TACTILE IMAGES (GRAPHIC IMAGES).
THE NEW MATERIAL, ONE APPLIED, IS THEM
CURED RAPIDLY USING ULTRA VIOLET RAYS, THUS CREATING
A PERMANENT BOND TO THE SUBSTRATE.
THE FINISHED PRODUCT ENABLES THE USER TO
BENEFIT FROM A MUCH IMPROVED TEXTURE & CLARITY
OF THE BRAILLE & TACTILE IMAGES. SINCE THE
MATERIAL CURES SO RAPIDLY, THE BENEFIT ALSO
EXISTS TO PRODUCE THE TEXT IN MASS PRODUCTION
DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE SPEED AND ACCURACY
OF THE ROBOTICS.
BY INCORPORATING FLORESCENT COLOUR PIGMENT TO
THE MATERIAL; THOSE INDIVIDUALS THAT HAVE
PARTIAL SIGHT & WHO ARE LEARNED DISABLED WILL
BENEFIT & RESPOND MORE QUICKLY TO THE IMAGES & TEXT.

Claims (4)
1. THE CASE OF THE MATERIAL. THE
MATERIAL IS A U.V. BASED (ULTRA VIOLET) ADHESIVE
THAT HAS VARYING DEGREES OF FILLERS & PIGMENTS
THAT ARE MIXED TOGETHER, UNDER VACUME TO BE
PACKAGED INTO AIR TIGHT CARTRIGES.
MATERIAL IS A U.V. BASED (ULTRA VIOLET) ADHESIVE
THAT HAS VARYING DEGREES OF FILLERS & PIGMENTS
THAT ARE MIXED TOGETHER, UNDER VACUME TO BE
PACKAGED INTO AIR TIGHT CARTRIGES.
2. IN THE CASE OF THE PROCESS, THE
ABOVE MATERIAL IS DISPENSED ON, TO A SUBSTRATE
OF PAPER, PLASTIC, METAL OR WOOD IN THE FORM
OF BRAILLE (DOTS) OR TACTILE (GRAPHIC IMAGES) WITH THE AID OF COMPUTER ASSISTED
ROBOTICS.
ABOVE MATERIAL IS DISPENSED ON, TO A SUBSTRATE
OF PAPER, PLASTIC, METAL OR WOOD IN THE FORM
OF BRAILLE (DOTS) OR TACTILE (GRAPHIC IMAGES) WITH THE AID OF COMPUTER ASSISTED
ROBOTICS.
3. IN THE CASE OF THE CURING PROCESS, THE DISPENSED MATERIAL IS THEN PLACED INTO
A CURING CHAMBER THAT HAS EITHER FULL PENETRATION
OF SUNLIGHT OR MECHANICALLY PRODUCED ULTRA
VIOLET RAYS.
A CURING CHAMBER THAT HAS EITHER FULL PENETRATION
OF SUNLIGHT OR MECHANICALLY PRODUCED ULTRA
VIOLET RAYS.
4. THE CLAIM THAT THE MATERIAL
AFTER BEING CURED IS PERMANENTLY ADHERED
