Domaine technique La présente invention Tonificateur des muscles de la mâchoire est un outil pour tonifier les muscles du cou, du menton, de la machoire, des joues, du trapèze, de la nuque, du front, du cuir chevelu, à partir de la contraction desdits muscles lorsque l'usager ouvre la bouche, moyennant un anneau élastique encerclant le visage du haut de la tête jusqu'à sous le menton, et maintenu par des ceintures convergeant à un noeud porte-ceinture à la hauteur de la nuque, bouclées chacune à l'une de ses extrémités à un puissant élastique attaché à l'un des flancs de l'anneau servant à obtenir une meilleure adhésion de l'outil à la tête et de réglage des tensions de résistance de I'anneau élastique.
Etat de la technique antérieure Au stade actuel de la technologie des équipements de gymnastique, il n'y a pas d'équipement portatif spécialement consu pour tonifier simultanément les muscles du cou, du menton, des joues, du trapèze, du front et du cuir chevelu efficacement.
Le JawExercice Device, brevet U.S. No. 4,650,182, du 17 mars 1987, ne possède la capacité d'engendrer une résistance suffisante pour combattre l'accumulation du gras sous le menton, la nuque, les joues et le trapèze. Ses caractéristiques techniques ne lui permettent pas de se doter d'élastiques (ressorts) de gros calibre ou encore de grande puissance susceptible d'offrir, lorsque l'usager ouvre la bouche, une forte resistance aux muscles et de rester fonctionnel. Le Jaw Exercice Device ne peut fonctionner efficacement qu'avec des ressorts ou élastiques de faible puissance.
Et comme le précise son inventeur, celui-ci est principalement consu pour le programme de réhabilitation des malades, non de gymnastique en tant que tel.
De sorte que ses caractéristiques techniques sont du niveau d'un outil ne pouvant fonctionner efficacement qu'avec des ressorts ou élastiques de faible puissance.

Comme le démontre les figures 3 et 5, les ceintures (1,2,3,4 et 5) servent à distendre et à retenir l'anneau en ressort rembourré (19) autour du visage (20): la ceinture (1 ) à la hauteur du front au centre, la ceinture (2) aux côtés du front; la ceinture (3) à la hauteur des pommettes, les ceintures (4) et (5) servent à distendre l'anneau à la hauteur des joues et d'empêcher celle-ci de sortir de la tête (menton) pendant l'exercice.
Les élastiques (6,8,9,10,11) placés au flanc de l'anneau auquel se joignent les ceintures (1,2,3,4,5) servent à permettre une meilleure adhésion de l'outil sur la tête et d'amortir la pression de l'anneau lorsque l'usager ~ mouvement d'ouvrir et de fermer la bouche (I'exercice). Par ailleurs, ceux-ci, particulièrement les élastiques 9 et 11, servent notamment de source supplémentaire de résistance à l'anneau élastique. Enfin, la bande porte-ceinture (18) sert à maintenir les ceintures (1,2,3,4,5) ensemble derrière la tête (figure 3), accroché à la nuque; et la ceinture (12) qui se joint à la boucle (7) sert à régler la tension de l'anneau élastique (19).
La présence de toutes ses composantes sont indispensables pour que le Tonificateur des muscles de la mâchoire soit fonctionnel. Les 5 ceintures (1,2,3,4,5) qu'il comporte servent à maintenir sur la tête l'outil et à distendre l'anneau élastique autour du visage. L'anneau élastique en effet est d'un diamètre plus petit. C'est lorsqu'il se place autour de la tête et est retenu derrière la nuque par les ceintures bouclés aux élastiques qu'il est distendu autour du visage du haut de la tête jusqu'au bas du menton.
Le Tonificateur des muscles de la mâchoire, en dehors de la tête, a un diamètre plus petit, c'est grâce aux élastiques joint aux extrémités des ceintures et à l'élasticité de l'anneau qu'il se gaine autour de la tête de l'usager (fig. 2).
Par ailleurs, les 5 ceintures ( 1,2,3,4,5) servent notamment, tout comme pour la ceinture (12) de réglage des tensions de l'anneau élastique (19): leur resserrement permet d'augmenter sa tension, donc sa résistance et leur relâchement de la réduire; et, de plus, grâce à leur répartition pratiquement dans tous les muscles de la tête, elles permettent d'obtenir la tonification simultanément pendant l'exercice du cuir chevelu.
La bande porte-ceinture ( 18) servant de noeud aux ceintures est indispensable pour maintenir en place les ceintures (1,2,3,4,5). De plus, sa dotation de multiple porte-ceintures est nécessaire pour permettre le placement des ceintures à la porte-ceinture répondant le mieux au contours et dimension de la tête de l'usager.
Enfin, les coussinets (13,1 5) servent à adoucir le contact des ceintures (1,2,3,4,5) contre la nuque de l'usager.
Il est à noter enfin que la description ci-dessus ainsi que les démonstrations des dessins ci-joint sont illustratives et non limitatives. Et par ailleurs, la formulation des revendications ci-après ne constitue pas la limite de leur étendue.
