Abstract
A steam generator having a fluidized bed combustion system that includes a fluidized bed combustor and at least one hot separator, includes a superheater and a reheater. A first stage of reheater and a second stage or final stage of reheater are sequen-tially disposed in a common gas flue. Cold steam from a turbine is divided into selective first and second portions, the first por-tion being directed through the first stage of reheater and thereafter recombined with the second portion of cold steam. The rec-ombined first and second portions of steam are directed through the second stage of reheater.
