Abstract

Connecting element Abstract Described is a connecting element in order to connect detachably two frame components, in particular a supporting section and a frame section, where the connecting element is mounted permanently in the frame section designed as a hollow section and exhibits in a housing at least one moveable holding element with which the connecting element and thus also the frame section can be connected detachably to the supporting section, and where in the housing an eccentric bolt can be rotated that exhibits at least one eccentric head, an eccentric disk and a trunnion, by means of which the holding element can be moved in the longitudinal direction in the housing, whereby a component belonging to the holding element and projecting from the face of the housing can engage with an undercut longitudinal groove of the supporting section, and whereby the eccentric head of the eccentric bolt that can be pressed against the force of a spring into the housing can lock in a bore of the frame section, and with with a safety preventing the axial mobility of the eccentric bolt in slide-in position of the holding element. To provide a snap-in prevention, with which it is guaranteed that the holding element cannot snap off unintentionally from the eccentric disk, it is provided that the safety comprises at least one cam designed at the moveable holding element and at least one recess formed in the housing bottom, where the cam and the recess are arranged and dimensioned in such a manner relative to one another that in the push-out position of the holding element the cam comes to rest opposite the recess in the housing bottom and thus permits the eccentric bolt to be moved axially, but in the push-in position of the holding element is not engaged with the recess and is braced at the housing bottom and, thus, the eccentric bolt is prevented from moving axially.

Claims (7)

1. Connecting element in order to connect detachably two frame components, in particular a supporting section and a frame section, where the connecting element is mounted permanently in the frame section designed as a hollow section and exhibits in a housing at least one moveable holding element with which the connecting element and thus also the frame section can be connected detachably to the supporting section, and where in the housing an eccentric bolt can be rotated that exhibits at least one eccentric head, an eccentric disk and a trunnion, by means of which the holding element can be moved in the longitudinal direction in the housing, whereby a component belonging to the holding element and projecting from the face of the housing can engage with an undercut longitudinal groove of the supporting section, and whereby the eccentric head of the eccentric bolt than can be pressed against the force of a spring into the housing can lock in a bore of the frame section, and with a safety preventing the axial mobility of the eccentric bolt in slide-in position of the holding element, wherein the safety comprises at least one cam (32, 33) formed at the moveable holding element (2, 52) and at least one recess (8, 9, 54) formed in the housing bottom (5), where the cam (32, 33, 55) and the recess (7, 8, 54) are arranged and dimensioned in such a manner relative to one another that in the push-out position of the holding element (2, 52) the cam (32, 33, 55) comes to rest opposite the recess (8, 9, 54) in the housing bottom (5) and thus permits the eccentric bolt (3) to be moved axially, but in the push-in position of the holding element (2, 52) is not engaged with the recess (7, 8, 54) and is braced at the housing bottom (5) and, thus, the eccentric bolt (3) is prevented from moving axially.
2. Connecting element, as claimed in claim 1, wherein two cams (32, 33) are designed on the moveable holding element (2, 52) in the area between the passage opening (6) in the housing bottom (5) for the trunnion (29) of the eccentric bolt (3) and the recess (7) to receive the spring.
3. Connecting element, as claimed in claim 2, wherein an additional cam (55) is designed in the rear segment of the moveable holding element (52).
4. Connecting element, as claimed in any of the claims 1 to 3, where the moveable holding element is made of sheet steel, wherein the cams (32, 33, 55) are pressed into the holding element (2, 52).
5. Connecting element, as claimed in any of the claims 1 to 3, wherein the recesses (8, 9, 54) in the housing bottom (5) are formed by countersinks.

Connecting element, as claimed in claim 1, where the holding element exhibits in its front area a recess, through which a guide pin reaches that is arranged at the housing bottom, wherein two projections (48, 49), which between themselves enclose the guide pin (20) and project into the housing (1) as far as under the upper edge (50) of the guide pin (20), are designed at the underside of said cover in the front end region (47) of the housing cover (4, 53).
7. Connecting element, as claimed in claim 6, wherein a rising slope (21) is designed at the from side of the guide pin (20).
