- 12 - 2~39~1~

The side view of the movable shaped-figure 8 is illustrated in FIG. 12.
In case of a solid puzzle device built up from the elements mentioned above, when lying in a plane, the centre lines of the pathways formed on the surface of the shell 18 close with each other an angle of 60 degrees ~see FIG. 13) and both the surface of the main body 1 and that of the shell 18 are provided with twelve connection intersection - points. ~he relation of these points of connection is as follows: there are six points of intersection in alternating direction - under and above resp. - on the equatorial circle of the main body 1 - globe -, including one (I) of the main directions of rotation (II, III, IV) there are six further points of intersection also in alternating direction, in which points of intersection a fix sign-supporter 16a is arranged and the further sign-supporters 16 on the surface of the shell 18 surrounding the main body 1 can be moved along these fix sign-supporters 16b.
~he movable and fix sign-supporters 16, 16a are of disk-form and on their lower part they are provided with extensions of ~-shape 17 attached into the slots 12 on the head-piece situated on the shaped-figures forming the surface of -the shell 18 surrounding the main body 1. ~he surface of -the sign-supporters 16, 16a is provided with dis-tinguishing signs such as colours and~o~ numbers and/or letters and/or other signs.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the sign-supporters 16 are arranged on the pathwaYS on 30 the surface of the shell 18 surrounding the main body 1 like petals, in a way that on the axial circle of the main body 1 - situated in the main direction of rotation I - there are eighteen sign-supporters with the same diameter, from the sign-supporters 16 every third sign-supporter 16b forms the central element of a petal.

~hese sign-supporters 16b are surrounded with six further sign-supporters 16 all the six and also the central sign-supporter having the same diameter and the latter six sign-supporters being in contact with the central sign-supporter 16b. ~he sign-supporters 16 and 16b si-tuated along the main directions of rotation I, II, III, IV can be freely moved, while -the sign-supporters 16a being situated on the circles parallel with the main directions of rotation I, II, III, IV forming the central element of a petal are arranged in the eighteen points of intersection formed on -the surface of the she~
18 and these sign-supporters 16a remain in their place during the rearrangement (see FIG. 13). ~he distinguishing sign - e.g. colour - of the sign-supporters 16a is in each case identical with the colour of the shell 18.
~ he aim of -the toy according to the invention is that in case of sign-supporters 16, 16a and 16b provid~
~.g. with colours, petals of the same colour should be created. This is effected on the following manner: the sign-supporters 16 should be moved along the main directions of rotation I, II, III and IV and should be rotated resp. about the sign-supporters 16a arranged in the fix intersection points. ~his operation should be continued as long as the desired purpose has been achieved e.g. until all the petals are of' the same colour.
~ his embodiment of the invention ensures the possibility of a number of rearrangement methods. For example in case of sign-suppor-ters 16 provided with letters, the toy can be practically considered as a spatial cross-word puzzle and the aim of the toy may be to form words, sentences along the main directions of rotation I,II, III and IV and that the petals should Z03941[) also include words with meaning.
It is to be noted that in case of an embodiment without shell-surface, the rearrangement is effected by rotating the shaped-figures 5, 8, 10, 26, 27, 33, 39, 44 and 49 forming the main body 1 in the main directions of rotation I, II, III and IV.
FIG. 14 illustrates a sectional view along a plane including the equatorial circle of the main body 1 of another possible embodiment of the solid puzzle device -logical toy - according to the present invention. In case of this embodiment the toy does not have any central member, thus compared with the embodiment in FIG. l,it cannot be disassembled. ~he logical toy in ~IG. 14 is a]so built up from shaped-figures, the characteristic of the shaping of these figures is that the elements cannot move in radial direction and at the same time they are self-closing. ~IG. 14 shows the connection of shaped-figures 26 and 27 to each other. In case of this embodiment, the function of shaped-figure 26 is practically the same as the function of the shaped-figure 10 of the embodiment illustrated in ~IG. 1, but compared with the shaped-figure 10, the shaped-figure 26 is not fixed. ~he symmetry-axle of the shaped-figure 26 is coincidental with the main rota-tion axles. On -the footing 28 of the shaped-figure 2~ -there is a guiding extension 29 and be-tween the footing 28 and -the head-piece 31 - which consist practically of one piece - there is a groove 300 ~he extension 32 of the connecting figure 27 streches into this groove 30, -the groove 30 and the ex-tension 32 are constructed self`-closingly. ~he shell 18 appropriate for the moving O:r the sign-supporters 16 explained in details above and the path~s formed in the shell 18 on the head-piece of the shaped figures resp.
can be find in this embodiment as well.

~ 0 3 9 4 ~ 0 It should be noted, however, that the toy even without this shell-part 18 assures an enjoyable leisure time. In this case the outside surface of the shaped-figures forming the main body serves as sign-supporter surface and is provided with distinguishing signs. ~he points of intersection - altogether twelve - referred to above, are also present here and the rearrangement of the sign-supporters is effected along these points of intersection.
~he embodiment of the toy in FI~. 14 is different from -the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 1 thus the form of the shaped-figures constituting the main body of the toy is also different from several points of view. ~he form of these shaped-figures can be shown in FIGS. 15 to 23.
FIG. 15 illustrates a top view of the shaped-figure 26 together with the pathW~s 25 arranged on the shell 18 surrounding the main body 1.
FIG. 16 illustrates a front view of the shaped-figure 26. Also the shaped-figure 26 consists practicaI~
of a footing 28 and of a head-piece 31, forming together with the footing 28 a common unit.
~ he footing 28 is provided with a guiding ex-tension 29 while between the footing 28 and the head-piece 31 there is a groove 30 receiving the e~tension o~ the connecting shaped-figure.
FIG. 17 illustrates a side view of the shaped-figure 26, showing the asymmetrical form of the shaped-figure 26. The ratio of the asymmetry is equal with the ratio of the figure illustrated in FIG. 6.
FIG. 18 illustra-tes a top view of the shaped-figure 27, showing the form of the pathway ~5 of the path arranged on the shell 18.

- 16 - ~0~410 FIG. 19 illustrates the shaped-figure in FIGo 18 together with the extension 32 protruding into the groove 30 of the shaped-figure 26 as well as the form of the head-piece 35 of the shaped-figure 27.
FIG. 20 illustrates a side view of the shaped-figure 27 in FIG. 18, the shaped-figure 27 also having an asymmetrical form~
Finally, FIGS. 21 to 23 illustrate the form of the shaped-figure 33 forming the third group, FIG. 21 is a top-view of the shaped-figure ~3, FIG. 22 is a front-view of the same, while FIGo 23 is a side-view of the shaped-figure 33 with the form of the head-piece 35 as well as that of the extension 34 connected to the other shaped~
figure.
~he operation of -the toy illustrated in FIG. 14 is identical with that of the -toy shown in FIG. 1 and described in details, thus its description is not necessary.
