Description

:` 2.~2~123 DISCLOSURE
The invention is a handle that can be fabric~ted with ~ny chemle~l ~l~m~nt ln lt~ n~tur~l state or mixed with others; e.~. iron, aluminium, nickel, zinc, cobalt etc. with any pla.~tic exlstin~
in the world ~hr~et, with cathlytic resins, with wood and its alloys or derivations, with cotton in any of its form~ such ~
~Cl~th ,~ov~re~l wlth pl.q~tic, with shwdust of the mixed plastic elements or with resins in general, these could be catalytie or ~d~ d wlth he~t, ~n ~u~ryt any product could be used to make this handle, as lon~ as these meet the norms that the C~nadl~n ~Q~ernment req~ire~, providing security and comfort to the millions of consumers.
Thi~ ln~ntion oper~te~ protecting the hand when it embraces the handle and it also operates by keepin~ in its cylindrlc~l ~po~lt, thln hhndles of ~gs in general carrying merGhandise without letting them scatter when these are placed on the ground, It oper~te~- pravldlng comfort and security to all human bein~s that have to struggle carrying heavy bags.
The l~ndle wlll be mhnufactured in different sizes or models to ad~ust it to the user e.~. Children sizes will be smaller. This ,~re~tlon wlll be adJusted to the needs of the consumer without losing the "creative idea" of being a cylindrical deposlt, ~qu~red or trl~n~ular, with an opening in its wall to allow the entrance of thin handles of plastic ba~s or other materials.
Th~ hAndle will provlde hny use, but the consumere must limit themselves to the specifications of security recommended by the ln~tru,~tlons to ~void accidents, e.g. weight and traction.
The invention has a cylindrical deposit in its len~th, but could b~ ~qu~red, or trihngular ~ . It h~s an opening that cuts the wall of the cylindr~cal d~pa~ rom en~ to end ln the superlor part of the ma~or curvature; the two small walls that are left from thls cut .~r~ rQunded ln lts 4 longltudlnal corners and the 4 corners that result of this cut and the transversal cut of the ~nd~ ~re ~_urves that end ln the clrcumference of the cylinder ~nd these at the same time are rounded on its ~ corners.
cont...ed `` Z(~20123 Ijlr.clo~ure cont...ed The h~ndle h~ a fllpper at each end and its walls have an angle in relation to the deposlt whlch go ln the ~e dlre.~tlon .qnd ha~e a little of curvature ln lts origin and a lesser curvature to reheh the en~-l Another ylln.lri~al ~urvature 1~ produced of the cylindrical walls forming the fllpper walls , these are 2 ,~u~ture.~., one cut~. the other in an anle. A seml-clrcul~r cut ln lts walls and perfectly centered in the middle of the fllpper at the end o~ lt~elf . Each wall of the flippers have a circular perforatlon.
. In thi~ perforation a lace ls introduced, and tled up at the small side, leaving these ready to turn the lace around fllppe~ ~nd then ~ather the handles of the bags and tied them UR.

The h~ndle po~ee~es unique and speciiic properties that place lt in first place among the thousands of inventlons of its kind. In ~ltlon, it will benefit the consumer by protecting the hands against the horrible pain caused by the handles of plastio b3~s or other ~-~teri~ls when the bags are filled with groceries or other merchandise.

FIG 1. Illustrates the handle invented in all of its ma~nltu~e of ~he e~terlor -urf~ce. Here the cylindrical surface -l- which forms the ~rip of the handle, ~oins with the ~eml-cylindrl~.al -1~- proteotlve flippere for the fingers that lye beside or next to them. The smooth curvature -17- offers the grip comfort to ~h~ h~nd, l~urv~ture -18- which Joins with the curvatures of Fig. 3 -5- offer facillty for intruduction of the thin handles of ~happing b~gs in the cylindrical deposit. Fig.l -2- is a rounded perforation in each one of the protective flippers; these are very important because the laces -3- are introduced here in order to f~sten the thin handles of shopping bags so these can be trAnsported to their destination, either by hand or on the floors of streetcars, buses, trains, cars, etc. not allowin~ the ba~s to ecatter all over the floor.

FIG 2. Illustrates the handle in a longitudinal cut seen from the interior, -6- is the center of the cylindrical and semi-,~ylln~rl,oAl depoeit where the thin handles of shoppin~ ba~s will be introduced (Fi~. 7 -20-). Curvature -10- offers the thin h~ndle~ of ehopplng ba~e reslstance to the welght of the contents in the bags and prevents them from getting cut. -9- is the wall of the lnvented handle. -8- is the surface belon~in~ to -9- in the lon~itudinal opening, this small surface ~oins with surface of the walls of the protective fllppers (Fig. 6 -7->. -14- are the walls of the curvatures (Fi~. 6 -11- and Fl~. 7 -11-). Points 2~ 3~ And 1~ are eeen in Fig. 1).

PIG 3. Illustrates the handle viewed from where the longitudinal ~penlng le loo~ted whlch allows the introduction of the thin handles of shopping bags to the interior of the cylindrical depo~lt (~lg.2 -6-). -13- i8 the interior surface of the semi-cylindrical wall of the protective fllppers (Fi~. 4 -13-) and ~Plg, ~ , -1- le eeen ln (Fig. 1 -1-), -5- are explained in the descrlptlon of Fl~. 1.

PI~ 4. Illuetrates the handle vlewed from the lnterlor in a lon~ltudlnal cut opposlte to the protective flippers, -12- le an l~glnAry lllu~tratlon of the lnterior wall of the cylindrical deposit where the thin handle~ of the shopplng ba~s reet. -g- iR
seen ln ~Flg. 2 -9->. -13- ls seen (Flg. 5 -13-), (Fig. 6 -13-).

~l~closure cont...ed Illu~tr~te~ the handle seen from the exterior surface opposite to the lon~itudinal openin~ (Fig. 3 -4-~. -13- is ~how r;~igl 4 ~ and ~Fl~ 13-). -14- are walls of the curvatures (Fig. 2 -14-) and (Fig. 6 -11-). -15- are the ter~lnal w~ of the protective fllppers.

Illu~trate~ the handle viewed from its sides. Points 1, 2, 3 are shown in Fi3. 1,. Point 1 is also shown in Figures 3 and 5.
P~ln~ 4 1~ ~,hown ln Fl~. ~. Polnt 4 is also shown in Fi~. 3.
Point 6 is shown in Pig. 2. Point 7 is a small exterior surfaoe th~t b~lon~. to the curvatures in (Fig 1 -1~-) and (~ig. 2 -18-).
Point ~ is a curvature belonging to the wall see (Fi~ 14-) Polnt -12- 1~ shown in Fig. 4 -12-). Point -13- is the interior surface belonging to the semi-cylindrical walls of the protective fllpper~. that ~re located on the sldes of the handle, see (Fig.l, --19--) .

7. Illu~tr~tes the invented handle in all of its magnitude that it was created for. Point -1- is shown in Fig. 2, 3, 5.
Polnt -2- ~re the rounded perforations ln each of the protective flippers where, point -3-, the laces are placed per~anently see -3- and ~ -), (Flg. 2, -3-), (F13. 6, -3-~. Polnt -3- are the laces whlch will be used to tie the thin handles of shoppln~
~g~ wlthln the ~eml-cylindrlcal fllppers, and therefore preventlng the bags from scatterlng all over the floor, see point . Polnt -20- are the thln handles of shopplng bag~ -16-which are stacked up lnside the cylindrical deposit of the h~ndle. Polnt -11- see (Flg. 6, -11-); thls ls a very important polnt because when the bags are belng filled wlth merchandlse, ~h~ welght make~ the thln handles to thlghten against the curvature wall, (Flg. 3, -13-), (Flg. 4 -13-), (Flg. 5 -13-) and ~4 pull lnw~rdly lnto the ourvature point -11-.

In concluslon, the lllustratlons of Flgures 1, ~, 3, 4, 5, ~, and 7 repre~ent A comblnation of qualities that make -this handle lnnov~tive and at the same time, providing a service to the users.
