DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMsoDIMENTs Fig. 1A is an exploded perspective view showing an embodiment of the present invention and Fig. 1C is a sectional view taken along the line IC-IC in Fig. 1B.
A wrapper 10 in this embodiment is attached to an article and suited for use as a label for indication on its surface such details as the article's name, brand, quantity, manufacturing lot No., date of manufacture, name of manufac-turer, price and explanation and includes, for instance, a rectangular base sheet 12. This base sheet 12 is, for instance, made of a heat-sensitive recording paper. On one principal surface of the base sheet 12 there is formed a sticking adhesive layer 14 prepared by coating an adhesive such as a pressure sensitive adhesive. To the surface of this sticking adhesive layer 14 there is stuck tentatively a ~. :
rectangular release paper 16 made of paper or synthetic ~ '' resin sheet. On the surface of the release paper 16 there is formed a layer of releasing agent such as one based on silicone. ~;
j A first cut line 18 is formed on this release paper 16.
'` ` This cut line 18 made near one longitudinal end of the release paper 16 in the lateral''direction linearly from one ~l end to the other thereof. About the center of the release .' .

paper 16 there is made a second U-shaped cut line 20. In this case the second cut line 20 is connected with the first cut line a little inward of both ends thereof, namely at points 18a and 18b. That is, this cut line 20 is formed from the points 18a and 18b of the cut line 18 extending longitudinally toward the other end of the release paper 16.
This release paper 16 can be peeled off wholly or in the portion 17a defined by the first and second cut lines to thereby reveal the sticking adhesive layer 14.
This release paper 16 can also be stripped in the portion outside the first cut line 18 to partly reveal the sticking adhesive layer 14 thereby. It is also possible to strip the portion 17b outside the second cut line 20 of the release paper 16 to reveal the sticking adhesive layer 14 also partly.
Thus, with this wrapper 10 the release paper 16 can be peeled off either wholly or partly by means of the first cut line 18 and the second cut line 20. The other principal surface of the base sheet 12 of this wrapper 10 has made therein a perforation 22 for stripping. This perforation is made to define a portion a bit smaller than the portion defined by the first and second cut lines 18 and 20. As shown in Fig. 1C this perforation 22 is made in the base sheet 12 inward of the first cut line 18 and the second cut lLne 20.

. . .

:
~ ; 2~4~3 This wrapper 10 can, as shown in Fig. 5, be stuck to the surface of a delivered article 29 by means of the sticking adhesive layer 14 revealed by peeling the portion 17b outside the second cut line 20 of the release paper 16.
This wrapper lO is so designed that a bag 24 is formed between about the center portion 1 7c, namely the portion inside the second cut line 20 of the release paper 16, and the surface of the delivered article 29. This bag 24 has its opening 24a in the middle part of the first cut line 18.
And through this opening 24a documents 28 accompanying the delivered article 29 such as delivery note and slips can be contained in the bag 24 of this wrapper 10. Further, the sticking adhesive layer 14 can be revealed by peeling the portion 17a outside the cut line 18. It is, therefore, possible to have one end portion of the base sheet 12 stuck to the surface of the delivered article 29 by means of the sticking adhesive layer 14 to thereby seal the opening 24a of the bag 24. Hence there is no risk of the contained documents 28 accidentally slipping out of the bag 24. Since the documents 28 contained in the bag 24 are covered by the .
base sheet 12 and the central portion 1 7c of the release ~'jpaper 16, hence soiling of the documents 28 contained can be prevented without fail and there is no fear of the documents 28 contained being lost.
~iIn order to take the documents contained 28 out of the : I :

':, . .:

,~ 201g4~3 bag 24 the central portion o~ the base sheet 12 may be ;
stripped off by cutting along the perforation 22. As examples of the documents 28 contained in the bag 24 formed by sticking this wrapper 10 may be cited, besides delivery note and slips, warranty card, instruction manual, label and I sticker, but anything in flexible sheet form may be I containable. ~ -~ Since with this wrapper 10 the base sheet 12 is made of ¦ a heat-sensitive developing recording paper, the article's ¦ name, price, date of manufacture, manufacture's name, -; ;
¦ "delivery note contained", "warranty card contained","in-~ struction manual contained" and the like can be printed on ¦ its surface by a heat-sensitive printer. Further, although j in this embodiment the heat-sensitive developing recording paper is used as material of the base sheet 12, but a ;~
synthetic resin such as polypropylene and polyethylene may well be used instead. - `~

perforating device 186. The perforating device 186 includes a plate-like so-called die cutter (not shown) having perforating tooth profile (not shown) roughly corresponding to the peripheral portion of the second cut line 20. And by this die cutter (not shown) the heat-sensitive developing recording paper 12a has made therein the perforation 22.
The perforating device 186 may as well be a roll with a perforating tooth profile, the so-called die roll.
The continuous wrapper 10 is cut by a cutter 188 into individual wrappers 10.
In the aforementioned embodiment, if the sticking adhesive layer 14 made of a pressure-sensitive adhesive is formed only in the portion corresponding to the periphery except in one end portion, the portion 17c inside the second cut line 20 in the release paper 16 may not be provided.
Or, if an adhesion inhibiting layer is provided where about the central portion 17c is stuck to the surface of the sticking adhesive layer 14 by the use of a material inhibiting the adhesive power of an adhesive such as an ink of the ultraviolet ray curing type, about the central portion 17c of the release paper 16 may possibly be dispensed with.
In this embodiment a heat-sensitive developing recording paper was used as material of the base sheet 12 but as this materlal a quality paper may also be used .' ~

--``' t~ 201~1 3 ;'t ~7 instead. Since, in such a case, the base sheet 12 is made of the quality paper such details as the article's name, .~t price and date of manufacture, the manufacturer's name, such notes as "delivery note included," "warranty card included,"
and "instruction manual included" can be printed. If printing of such details and notes is to be done by the use of a heat-sensitive printer, a heat-sensitive developing material may be formed on the surface of the quality paper base sheet 12 by printing or coating a heat-sensitive i~ developing material by the use of, for instance, a printing/
,71 coating device.
~$ Further, in this embodiment a continuous one wound in roll form was selected as the heat-sensitive developing recording paper 12a and the sheet of release paper 16a but these may as well be in separated sheet form. Although in this embodiment the continuous wrapper 10 cut into separate I pieces of wrapper 10 by the use of a cutter, a perforating device may be used instead of the cutter to make perforation between adjacent pieces of wrapper 10. In this case, the '.'7 individual wrappers 10 are naturally used after separation ~ along the perforation.
