The design consists of the features of configuration, pattern and ornament of the Drop out electrical surge arrestor as shown in solid lines in the drawings. The portions shown in broken lines do not form part of the design. Figures 1 to 8 show the design; and Figures 9 to 16 show a variant of the design.
