Description of the Design: The design consists of the features of shape, ornament, pattern and configuration of the portion of the COMPUTER DISPLAY PANEL WITH A TRANSITIONAL MIXED REALITY GRAPHICAL USER INTERFACE as shown in the drawings. The portions shown in stippled lines do not form a part of the design. The subject matter of the present design includes graphical user interface components shown in solid lines present within a mixed reality interface. The subject matter of the present disclosure includes a process or period during which one computer graphical user interface component changes into another. In particular, the appearance of the image transitions between the first sequences of images shown in Figures 1 to 8 and between the second sequences of images shown in Figures 9 to 16. The process or period in which one computer graphical user interface image transitions into another computer graphical user interface image forms no part of the claimed design. The dashed broken lines including the showing of a portion of a display panel of a computing device form no part of the claimed design. The dashed-double-dotted broken lines are included for the purpose of illustrating environmental structure shown in Figure 17 and form no part of the claimed design. The broken lines forming part of the graphical user interface are included for illustrating aspects of a portion of a display panel with a transitional mixed reality graphical user interface and form no part of the claimed design.
