The design is the visual features of the SCOOP HOLDER shown in the drawings, whether those features are features of shape, configuration, ornament or pattern, or a combination of any of those features. A number of variants of the SCOOP HOLDER are provided. The only difference between the variants is in the configuration of the clips of the SCOOP HOLDER.
