The design is the visual features of the portion of the TIRE shown in solid lines in the drawings, whether those features are features of one of shape, configuration, ornament or pattern or are a combination of any of these features. The portions shown in stippled lines do not form part of the design. Drawings of the design are included, in which: Figure 1 is a perspective view of the TIRE; Figure 2 is a front elevation view of the TIRE of Figure 1; Figure 3 is a rear elevation view of the TIRE of Figure 1; Figure 4 is a side elevation view of one side of the TIRE of Figure 1; Figure 5 is a side elevation view of the other side of the TIRE of Figure 1; Figure 6 is a top plan view of the TIRE of Figure 1; Figure 7 is a bottom plan view of the TIRE of Figure 1; Figure 8 is an enlarged fragmentary view from upper AA to lower AA of the TIRE of Figure 2.
