Abstract
The design is the features of shape, configuration, pattern and ornament of the portions of the closure as shown in solid lines in the drawings. The portions shown in stippled lines do not form part of the design. The most significant features of the design are (A) a base; and(B) a lid on the base;the base including (1) a cylindrical bottom first portion having a frustoconical upper end tapering radially inwardly; (2) a cylindrical second portion having vertical ribs; (3) a transitional third portion extending from the upper end of the second portion and decreasing in diameter to define a generally cylindrical surface; (4) a fourth portion that (a) extends from the third portion, (b) has vertical ribs, and (c) tapers inwardly with increasing height; andthe lid including a (1) first cylindrical portion; and (2) a second portion that (a) extends from the first cylindrical portion, (b) tapers inwardly with increasing height, (c) has a front recess, (d) has a rounded upper edge, and (e) has a circular, flat top.Drawings of the design are included.Figure 1 is an isometric view taken from the top front and right side of a closure in the closed condition showing the design;Figure 2 is another isometric view thereof rotated about 180° from the view shown in Figure 1;Figure 3 is an isometric view thereof taken from the top front left side;Figure 4 is an isometric view thereof rotated about 180° from the view shown in Figure 3;Figure 5 is a top plan view thereof;Figure 6 is a front elevational view thereof;Figure 7 is a rear elevational view thereof; andFigure 8 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side elevational view thereof being a mirror image.
