The design is the visual features of the Handle Cover shown in solid lines in the drawings, whether those features are features of one of shape, configuration, ornament or pattern or are a combination of any of these features, the portions in dotted lines not forming part of the design, in which:Figure 1 is a top side perspective view of the handle cover;Figure 2 is a top plan view of the handle cover shown in figure 1;Figure 3 is a bottom plan view of the handle cover shown in figure 1;Figure 4 is a side elevation view of the right side of the handle cover shown in figure 1, the left side being a mirror image thereof;Figure 5 is a side elevation view of the front side of the handle cover shown in figure 1, the back side being a mirror image thereof;Drawings of the design are included.
