Abstract

The design consists of the visual features of the elements of the SKATE BOOT TONGUE shown in the figures with solid and shaded lines, whether those features are features of one of shape, configuration, ornament or pattern or a combination of any of these features. Throughout the figures, where shown: (i) the stippled lines showing additional structures of the skate boot tongue are for illustrative purposes only, and neither they nor the unshaded surfaces from part of the design; (ii) the bold, wavy lines do not constitute feature of the design and are included for illustrative purposes only in order to define the boundary of the design, the shape of such boundary not forming part of the design.
