Abstract

The design consists of the visual features of the elements of the SKATE BOOT TONGUE shown in the figures with solid and shaded lines, whether those features are features of one of shape, configuration, ornament or pattern or a combination of any of these features. Throughout the figures, where shown: (i) the broken lines showing additional structures of the skate boot tongue and the skate boot shown in Figures 6 are for illustrative purposes only, and neither they nor the unshaded surfaces form part of the design; (ii) the bold, wavy lines do not constitute feature of the design and are included for illustrative purposes only in order to define the boundary of the design, the shape of such boundary not forming part of the design; and (iii) figure references are for reference purposes only and do not form part of the design. Drawings of the design are included wherein: Figure 1 is a perspective view taken from a front, right side of a SKATE BOOT TONGUE according to the design; Figure 2 is a front elevation view thereof; Figure 3 is a perspective view taken from a front, left side thereof; Figure 4 is a right side elevation view thereof; Figure 5 is a left side elevation view thereof; and Figure 6 is a perspective view taken from a front, right side thereof shown on a skate boot shown in dotted lines.
