The design is the shape and configuration of the BAG HANDLE as shown in the accompanying drawings. Drawings of the design are included.In the drawings:Fig. 1 is top perspective view of the BAG HANDLE in accordance with said Industrial Design;Fig. 2 is a bottom perspective view;Fig. 3 is a front elevational view; the corresponding rear elevational view is the same as Fig. 3;Fig. 4 is an elevational view from one end;Fig. 5 is a top plan view;Fig. 6 is a bottom plan view.
