ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE
An anti-wind raincoat comprising a coat and a skirt, said skirt stored in a rolled-up condition in the back of the coat with a zipper and able to be taken out quickly by zipping open the zipper and rolled down for use.

~ BACKGROUND O~ ~HE INVEN~ION
3 ~he inventors have acquired an United States patent 4 No. 4,712,252 "Anti-wind Raincoats". As its skirt has to use a long horizontal zipper set around the coat for 6 storing, it is rather expensive in cost and inconvenient 7 in manufacturing.
8 SUMMARY OF '~HE INVEN~ION
9 ~herefore, this new anti-wind rai~coat has been woxked out by the same inventors to improve said patent 11 No. 4,712,252.
12 In this invention, the skirt ~ade up of two pieces 13 overlapped is hidden inside by a zipper set at the lower 14 back of the coat, and a zipper is provided at the outer vertical edge of each piece of the skirt for fastening 16 together the skirt to surround the lower body. Each 17 sleeve is provided with a zlpper to be opened for airing;
18 the collar is also provided with a zipper for hiding a 19 cap; said cap is provided with an adjusting band for .

More particularly, -the invention as broadly claimed is directed to an anti-wind raincoat made of an-ti-wind water-proof material and comprising:
- a coat having an inside lower back formed as a pocket closable by a first zipper;
- a skirt that extends downwards all around the coat in se and may be rolled up into the pocket for storage, the skirt being made up of two vertical pieces that partially overlap and each have an outer vertical edge provided with half of a second zipper, the halves of the second zipper on the outer edges being able to be combined together to make up the second zipper,each of the vertical pieces having an upper horizontal edge and being connected to the inside 1~ lower back of the coat along a corresponding portion of the upper horizontal edge;
- a string provided on the upper horizontal edges of the two pieces making up the skirt, the string having two opposite ends that may be fastened to bind the skirt around the waist of a wearer; and - sleeves integral to the coat, each of the sleeves being provided with a third zipper that may be pulled open for airing.

~ his invention comprises a coat l, sleeves 2 ~nd a ~kirt 3 a~ its main parts as ~hown in ~igures l, 2 , and made of a kind of anti wlnd water-proof material.
A horizontal zipper 11 iB provided at the inside lower back of the coat l for hiding a rolled-up ~klrt 3 inside the coat; ~id zipper 11 i~ to be slid open when the sklrt is to be taken out for use.

can make up ~aid zipper 31 80 a~ to be zlpped clo~ed to .form the sklrt 3. A fastening ~tring 32 is provided at the horizont~l top edge of the skirt for fa~tening its two end~ together to keep the round form of the skirt 3.
Said two piecQs are al90 provided with two buttons 33 and two hole~ 34 for combining together the overlapping ~3~Z~ 7 ~ 3 --parts, A~ the coat l ie made long enough to hide t~e up-par part of the ekirt 3 ~o that rain can b~ prevented from falling in the skixt 3.
The sl~evea 2 are respect1vely provided with a zip-per 21; when ~aid zip~er 21 i~ opened, it forms as an airing opening for cooling the arm.
Besides, the collar of the coat l i~ provided with a zipper 12 for storin~ a cap 4 inside ~o that -the cap 4 can be pulled out to cover the head of a wearer; said cap 4 i~ provided with a string 41 to bind under the chin and an ~d~usting band 42 vertically ~et at the reax, the length of said band 42 is able to be adjusted with a movable vf' fastener 43 movably combined with ~aid band 42, one end of said band 42 fastened at the top of the cap 4 and the other end fastened at the lowest part of the cap 4 80 that if said band 42 i~ adjueted ehort, the rim 44 of the cap 4 will be pulled up to widen the scope of sight and, i~ ~aid b~nd 42 i~ ad~u~ted long, the rim 44 will be lowered down to increaee rain~preventing ~unction.
In short, this invention le con~idered to be ei~-pler and Inore convenient,than that o~ Unlted Statea patent No. 4,712,252 in manufacture and quicker in changing it for practical use.

Claims (3)
1. An anti-wind raincoat made of anti-wind water-proof material and comprising:
- a coat having an inside lower back formed as a pocket closable by a first zipper;
- a skirt that extends downwards all around said coat in use and may be rolled up into said pocket for storage, said skirt being made up of two vertical pieces that partially overlap and each have an outer vertical edge provided with half of a second zipper, said halves of said second zipper on said outer edges being able to be combined together to make up said second zipper, each of said vertical pieces having an upper horizontal edge and being connected to the inside lower back of the coat along a corresponding portion of said upper horizontal edge;
- a string provided on the upper horizontal edges of said two pieces making up said skirt, said string having two opposite ends that may be fastened to bind said skirt around the waist of a wearer; and - sleeves integral to said coat, each of said sleeves being provided with a third zipper that may be pulled open for airing.

2. The anti-wind raincoat as claimed in claim 1, wherein the two pieces forming said skirt are partly overlapped.
3. The anti-wind raincoat as claimed in claim 1 or 2 further comprising:
- a collar formed with a pocket closable by a fourth zipper for storing a cap, said cap being provided with an adjusting band at the rear, said band having one end fastened to the top of the cap and another end fastened to the lowest edge of the cap, said band also having a movable fastener movably attached thereto for adjusting the length of said band.
