Abstract

The design consists of the features of shape, ornament, pattern and configuration of the TELEPHONE shown in the attached drawing(s) whereinFIG. 1 is a top, front, left side perspective view of a telephone at a first position of inclination according to the new design;FIG. 2 is a left side view thereof;FIG. 3 is a right side view thereof;FIG. 4 is a right side view thereof in a second position of inclination;FIG. 5 is a bottom perspective view thereof;FIG. 6 is a rear view of the telephone of FIG. 1 at the second position of inclination;FIG. 7 is a rear, left side perspective view of the telephone of FIG. 1 at the second position of inclination;FIG. 8 shows a top view of a first variant of the telephone of FIG. 1; FIG. 9 shows a top view of a second variant of the telephone of FIG. 1; andFIG. 10 shows a top view of the telephone of FIG. 1.The first variant and the second variant shown in Figures 8 and 9, respectively, differ from the design shown in Figure 10 only insofar as the size of the screen and the number of soft key buttons along the left and right side of the screen. In Figure 10, there are five buttons along each of the left and right sides of the screen, whereas Figure 8 shows a first variant having two buttons along the left and right side, and Figure 9 shows a second variant having three buttons along the left and right side. The first and second variants of the design are otherwise identical of the telephone shown in FIGs. 1-7 and 10.The stippled lines in the drawings do not form part of the design.
