Abstract

The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration, ornamentation and pattern of a mobile phone as shown in the drawings; the mobile phone in an open position has an upper display screen section and a lower touchpad section on the inner surfaces thereof; the upper display screen section is situated at an obtuse angle to the lower touchpad section when the mobile phone is in the open position; the outer surface of the upper display screen section has a crosshatched pattern thereon and a diamond design close to the lower end of the outer surface of the upper display screen section; the outer surface of the lower touchpad section has a central narrow rectangular design extending most of the height thereof to close to the lower end of a concentric circular area; a pair of spaced-apart circular areas are situated adjacent the lower corners of the outer surface of the lower touchpad section; in the closed position, the outer surfaces of the upper display screen section and the lower touchpad section are generally parallel and the ends of the upper and lower sections are angled and aligned with the crosshatched pattern of the outer surface of the upper section presenting a smaller surface than the outer surface of the lower section.Diagrams of the design are included.Fig. 1 is a front view of the design of the mobile phone in an opened position;Fig. 2 is a rear perspective view thereof;Fig. 3 is a left side view thereof;Fig. 4 is a right side view thereof;Fig. 5 is a perspective front view thereof;Fig. 6 is a perspective rear view thereof;Fig. 7 is a rear view of the design of the mobile phone in a closed position,Fig. 8 is a front view thereof;Fig. 9 is a right side view thereof;Fig. 10 is a left side view thereof;Fig. 11 is a bottom view thereof;Fig. 12 is a top view thereof; andFig. 13 is a perspective front view thereof.
