Abstract

The design consists of the following features of shape, ornament and configuration of a toothbrush: In perspective view (Fig. 1) a cylindrical shaped body slightly waisted in the middle of the body; on top of this cylindrical shaped body the brush is located; the bottom of the body is flat. In front and rear view (Figs. 2 and 3) the toothbrush has an approximately cylindrical shaped body with a truncated bottom part; the body is waisted in the middle; on top of this cylindrical shaped body the brush is located; the shape of the brush is oval; a generally ellipsoidal part is located in the middle of the body. In side views (Figs. 4 and 5) the toothbrush has an approximately cylindrical shaped body waisted in the middle; on top of this cylindrical shaped body the brush is located; the brush is slightly leaning forward. In top and bottom view (Figs. 6 and 7) the toothbrush is approximately oval shaped; and the brush is slightly visible.
