Abstract

ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE
A ring-like annulet made of retractable and resilient material which could be inserted around the penis in order to stimulate the circulatory blood flow in the arteries to stiffen the penis with the aid of magnetic force emitted from permanent magnets embedded in the circumference of the annulet ring.

Description

The present invention relates to a magnetic instrument for curing impotence, particularly, in curing artificially insufficient engorgement within Corpora cavernosa penis, that is, insufficient erectile force of the penis caused by organic disease of the nervous system or functional impediment.
Incidentally, erection phenomenon of the penis is said to be originated by stimulation of the centripetal nerve from the penis (mainly Nervus dorsalis penis) and the centrifugal nerve fibers froM the center of erection in the spinal cord.
The centripetal nerve fibers lnncr-~te the blood vessel of the penis, and increase the distribution of the supply of blood to Corpora cavernosa penis, and at the same time causing contraction of the vein at the deep inner part of the penis so as to min-~ imize the quantity of blood flowing out of said Corpora caver-; nosa penis, or the other theory is disclosed that there are junctions between the artery and the vein respectively dis-tributed within Corpora cavernosa penis, and said junction paths are closed, so that the arterial blood is adapted to flow into Corpora cavernosa penis through arterioles, thereby the blood ~returning vein is closed to cause the erection of the penis and these functions of opening and closing of the blood vessel is controlled by the autonomic nervous system. In either of the above-mentioned theories, the erection phenomenon of the penis ,:
is that of a state of increase in the flow of the arterial blood into the penis under the control of nerves simultaneously with ~decrease in circulatory flow of blood, thus causing maintenance ; ~of swelling and stiffening of the penis by engorgement within i~ :
Corpora cavernosa pen1s, which is enveloped with a tough and ~; strong Tunica albuginea corporum cavernosorum.

However, it has hitherto been demanded seriously the development of eome kind of physical instruments for curing ~; ' ' ~

impotence and for its capability of keeping on the stiffened condition as well as of reinforcing the erection phenomenon of the penis. It is said impotence is cause of trouble to patients who have suffered from organic disease of the nervous system or the functional impedime~t and are worried about abnormal swelling and stiffening of their penis.
The present invention is schemed to meet the fore-going demand and to provide a magnetic instrument for curing impotence in which circulatory flow of the arterial blood is increased with the aid of magnetic force emitted from permanent magnets and the compressible function of Tunica albuginea corporum cavernosorum is reinforced by tightly fastening action of a ring-like annulet having the elastic and retractable properties such as rubber so as to keep on the enhanced erection phenomenon.
In accordance with the invention, there is provided a magnetic instrument for curing impotence. The instrument includes a ring-like annulet made of retractable and resilient material. The inner diameter of the annulet permits insertion of the penis therethrough, and the interior of the circumference thereof is embedded with five permanent magnets. The magnets are equally spaced around the circumference of the annulet so that one of the magnets can be positioned at the rear surface of the penis to stimulate the nerve track of the penis with the aid of excitation by the magnetic force of the magnet while avoiding the positioning of any other magnet on the surface of the urethral canal.
The present invention will now be explained with reference to the drawings by way of example in a form of embodiment of the invention.

curing impotence according to the present invention in a form of an embodiment of the invention, in which:
Fig. 1 is an elevation partly in section, Fig. 2 is a side view of the above same; and Fig. 3 is a bottom plane view of the above same.
In the drawings, the reference numeral 1 represents a ring made of retractable and resilient material such as, for instance, rubber or something similar, and the dimension of the ring 1, that is, the inner diameter of the circumference thereof is previously set to be-large enough to allow insertion of the penis. Further, granular-shape permanent magnets 2 are ;~ embedded at one or several spots on the circumferential surface ~ of the said ring 1 to form protrudent and expanded portions i; , : ~ :

S2~6~g thereon. 3 designates a tongue-like part, serving as a knob for removing -the ring 1 from the penis so as to facilitate re-moval thereof, but the ring 1 can be removed from the penis ~ithout utilizing said tongue-like part 3, therefore said tongue-like part 3 may not necessarily be made on said ring 1. Said permanent magnet 2 may optionally be embedded at one or several spots.
A ma~netic instrument for curing impotence is con-structed as described above with reference to the drawings by way of example of the present invention, and the further ex-planation will now be given hereinafter on the function for physical effect.
Patients who have suffered from impotence are used to utilize the foregoing annular implement in such a manner that said annular implement allows the penis of a patient to be in-serted up to the root of the penis, however, in this instance of said annular instrument being engaged witn the penis, any one . of said permanent magnets has to be positioned at the rear surface of his penis to be able to stimulate the nerve track of the penis with the aid of excitation of magnetic force as well as to avoid positioning of any other protruded portion of the permanent magnet on the surface of the urethral canal which could effect com-fortable ejaculation.
. In such a manner for inserting annu]ar implement to encompass the ~enis at the root thereof, the nerve track acting as the primary important part for causing the penis to become stiff is adapted to be imparted sexual stimulation by magnetic action through several permanent magnets. Further, said stiff-ening phenomenon of the penis can be reinforced and maintained as long as the period of time for necessity by virtue of enhanced compressing function of Tunica albu~inea corporum cavernosorum , . , ~5'~6~

under tightly fastening action of the penis around the roo-t thereof by means of the retractable ring 1~ Since the ring 1 is made of retractable and resilient material, the vein beiny a thin blood vessel is subjected to be back pressured to obstruct the circulatory flowing of blood, but no obstruction on blood circulation in the penis through the artery at high speed and high pressure, so that the penis can be stiffened harder and harder. As an additional remark, circumferential dimensions of penis are individually varied to a large extent which can be compensated by preparing the products of various sizes.

Claims

The embodiments of the invention in which an exclusive property or privilege is claimed are defined as follows:-
1. A magnetic instrument for curing impotence com-prising a ring-like annulet made of retractable and resilient material, the inner diameter of which permits insertion of the penis therethrough, and the interior of the circum-ference thereof being embedded with five of permanent magnets, wherein the magnets are equally spaced around the circumference of said annulet whereby one of said magnets can be positioned at the rear surface of the penis to stimulate the nerve track of the penis with the aid of excitation by the magnetic force of the magnet, while avoiding the positioning of any other magnet on the surface of the urethral canal of the penis.
