Abstract

The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration, pattern and ornamentation of a Toy Vehicle as shown in the drawings; the first variant of the Toy Vehicle has a chassis section, a pair of vaned wheel sections situated on either side of the chassis section, and a tail section; the chassis section is generally symmetrical having an irregular shaped front surface having eye-like areas adjacent the top surface thereof and a narrow central raised area extending downwards from close to the eye-like areas; the narrow central raised area has generally flat outer surface portions and beveled side surfaces which broaden outwards starting part way along the length of the narrow central raised area; the upper end of the flat outer surface portion of the narrow central raised area extends upwards and inwards towards the eye-like areas; a pair of second raised areas are situated oh either side of the narrow central raised area; the second raised areas have inner areas and outer areas, the inner areas having generally parallel sides and parallel ends and beveled lower inner corners; the outer areas have curved upper edges and laterally extending spaced- apart rib portions; flat sections having beveled sides are situated on either side of the lower section of the narrow central raised area; the irregular shaped top surface of the chassis section has spaced-apart areas having textured front surfaces and upper rounded V-like depressions having rounded cone-like projections extending upwardly therefrom;the vaned wheel sections have a pair of generally cylindrical sections situated on either side of the chassis section which merge into axially aligned generally cylindrical collar portions of the pair of vaned wheel sections, the generally cylindrical sections having raised generally identical and equally spaced-apart rectangular areas extending the width thereof to the adjacent the collar portions of the pair of vaned wheel sections; the vaned wheel sections have a series of generally identical spaced-apart vane portions which are generally triangular in front elevation view with curved sides and outer edges and a convex textured outside surface; the vane portions extend outwardly and are curved in a clockwise direction away from a central hub-like member which is axially aligned with the collar portion of the vaned wheel section; each central hub like, member has a generally heptagonal shape in side elevation view; the curved outer end surfaces of the vane portions have elongated diamond-like short projections thereon which are interconnected by a central raised ridge; the concave inside surfaces of the vane portions have elongated recessed areas therein with rounded outer ends, each recessed area having a cylindrical member situated therein having an intermediate narrowed cylindrical portion having circumferential grooves; the tail section extends downwards and rearwards from the rear portion of the chassis section and has an irregular surface appearance and a wheel portion at the outer end thereof; the irregular surface appearance has repeated patterns of upper scale-like overlapping curved portions having scalloped lower edges and textured upper surfaces; the side surfaces of the tail section have spaced-apart link-like portions having rounded ends with circular areas adjacent the rounded ends.
