The design consists of the features of shape, configuration, ornamentation and pattern as applied to the ruler illustrated in the drawings.Drawings of the design are included, in which:Figure 1 is a top plan view of the Ruler showing the design;Figure 2 is a bottom plan view of the Ruler of Figure 1;Figure 3 is a rear edge elevation view of the Ruler of Figure 1;Figure 4 is a front edge elevation view of the Ruler of Figure 1;Figure 5 is a right side elevation view of the Ruler of Figure 1; andFigure 6 is a left side elevation view of the Ruler of Figure 1.
