The design consists of the feature of shape, ornament and configuration of the COMBINED AUDIO AND CHARGING STATION FOR A HANDHELD ELECTRONIC DEVICE as shown in the drawings. The cross-sectional view in FIG. 7 illustrates the external contours of such a STATION according to the design, but the internal surfaces are not shaded and form no part of the claimed design.
