The design is directed to a PIPE GLAND EAR. The design consists of the features of shape and configuration of the PIPE GLAND EAR as shown in solid lines in the attached drawing. The remaining portions of the PIPE GLAND EAR that are shown in stippled lines do not form part of the design.Drawings of the design are included wherein:FIGURE 1 is a perspective view of a PIPE GLAND EAR according to the present design;FIGURE 2 is a front elevation view of the PIPE GLAND EAR shown in Figure 1;FIGURE 3 is a bottom plan view of the PIPE GLAND EAR shown in Figure 1, with the top plan view of the PIPE GLAND EAR shown in Figure 1 being a mirror image of Figure 3;FIGURE 4 is a section view of the PIPE GLAND EAR shown in Figure 3, taken along section line 4-4;FIGURE 5 is a section view of the PIPE GLAND EAR shown in Figure 3, taken along section line 5-5;FIGURE 6 is a right elevation view of the PIPE GLAND EAR shown in Figure 1; andFIGURE 7 is a rear elevation view of the PIPE GLAND EAR shown in Figure 1.
