Abstract

The design consists of the features of shape, ornament, pattern and configuration of the DOLL shown in the attached photographs. The novel and distinctive features of the doll are the head, body and limbs all of which display a specific lifelike appearance. The second variant of the design shown in figures 4 to 6 consists of a pattern of darker tonal contrast when compared to the first variant shown in figures 1 to 3. In rear view the first variant displays a central generally circular element having a generally rectangular central indentation while in rear view the second variant shown in figures 4 to 6 displays a pair of circular apertures one on either rear shoulder portion of the doll.The attached photographs show variants of the design.Figure 1 is a front view of a first variant of the design of the doll;Figure 2 is a rear view of the first variant;Figure 3 is a left side view of the first variant;Figure 4 is a front view of a second variant of the design of the doll;Figure 5 is a rear view of the second variant; andFigure 6 is a left side view of the second variant of the doll.Photographs of the design are included.
