Abstract

The Industrial Design consists of the features of shape, pattern, ornament and configuration of the writing instrument shown in the drawings, the portions of the writing instrument shown in broken lines are to illustrate parts of the writing instrument not forming part of the design. The drawings show three designs which do not differ substantially from each other. Figs. 1-8 show the first variant. Figs. 9-16 shows a second variant.
