ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION
L-shaped hooks of specific point value mounted on a board mountable on a wall and rings to toss on the hooks until a player amasses 500 points and wins.

Description

I have invented a new and novel ring tossing game.
By tossing a plurality o~ rings of several sizes, each player can amass points, depending on which hook the rings catch and the player who accumulates 500 points ~irst is the winner.
My invention can be understood in view of the accompan~ing figures.
Figure 1 shows the game in use.
Figure 2 shows one version of the playing board.
Figure 3 shows a second version of the playing board.
Figure 4 shows a side view of the playing board.
Figure 5 shows the attachment of one of the hooks to the board.
Figure 6 shows a closeup of the mounting hook attached to the rear of the board.
Figure 7 shows a cushioning bumper attached to the bottom rear corner of the board to minimize bumping of the board.
In figures 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, & 7, a playing board can be seen (10).

Claims

The embodiments in which an exclusive property or privilege is claimed are defined as follows:

1. A ring tossing game, comprising a board, a plurality of L-shaped hooks attached to the board, projecting from the front surface of the board, with a point value marked near each hook, a mounting hook attached to a rear surface of the board, a cushioning bumper attached to the lower rear surface of the board, and a ring, tossably mounted on one of the L-shaped hooks, whereby the point value of the hook is earned by a tosser of the ring, further comprising both diagonal square box lines and upright square box lines marked on the front surface of the board connecting the said L-shaped hooks, such that each said hook is connected to both a line of a diagonal square box and an upright square box.
