Abstract

The said industrial design is characterized by a ball pen having an elongated generally cylindrical central section, a right end section having a generally cylindrical portion adjacent the central section which merges into a generally conical portion having a rounded point, the right end section having equally spaced grooves extending axially from adjacent the right end along the length of the conical portion, and a generally cylindrical cap section which tapers slightly toward the left end, and having a rear flattened surface portion extending from an opening in the left end part-way along the length of the cap section, and an elongated clip extending axially along the length of the top of the cap section.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a front elevational view of the design for the ball pen;Fig. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof;Fig. 3 is a top view thereof;Fig. 4 is a bottom view thereof;Fig. 5 is a left end elevational view of the design for the ball pen;Fig. 6 is a right end elevational view thereof;Fig. 7 is a rear perspective view of the design for the ball pen;Fig. 8 is a cross-sectional view taken along a plane defined by A - A in Fig. 5.Diagrams of the design are included.
