Abstract

The design consists of the features of shape and configuration of the hinged label holder with channel displaying a flat and generally rectangular front display portion hinged with a substantially C-shaped attachment portion. The front display portion shows a plane folded along its lower edge and showing a front face and a rear face adjacent each other. The rear face of the front display portion is slightly taller that the front face with its upper edge protruding forwardly. The attachment portion displays a substantially rectangular rear elevation and two substantially rectangular front wings forming a channel therein. In the closed position of the label holder, the rear elevation of the attachment portion is adjacent and substantially parallel to the rear face of the front display portion as represented in Figures 6, 8, 22, and 24. In the fully open position, the attachment portion is substantially perpendicular to the front display portion as represented in Figures 9-16 and 25-32. The drawings show two variants of the design that do not substantially from each other. Figures 1-16 represent the first variant of the design, wherein the front face of the display portion of the label is transparent or translucent and all other surfaces are opaque.
