The design is the shape and configuration of the ELECTRIC TOOTHBRUSH HANDLE as shown in the drawings.Drawings of the design are included.In the drawings:Fig. 1 is a three-quarter perspective view from above of the ELECTRIC TOOTHBRUSH HANDLE in accordance with said Industrial Design;Figs. 2 and 3 are top and bottom plan views respectively;Fig. 4 is a front elevational view;Fig. 5 is a rear elevational view; and,Fig. 6 is an elevational view from the right in Fig. 1; the elevational view from the left is a mirror image of Fig. 6.
