Abstract

MÉTODO DE OPERAR UM DETECTOR DE AREIA ACÚSTICO, MÉTODO DE CALIBRAR UM DETECTOR DE AREIA ACÚSTICO E MÉTODO DE DETERMINAR UMA EXPECTATIVA DE VIDA DE UMA LINHA DE FLUXO. Método de operar um detector de areia acústico posicionado em uma linha de fluxo dentro de um sistema de fluxo, o detector tendo um sensor acústico e funcionando de modo a produzir sinais elétricos de resposta que dependem de sinais acústicos detectados pelo sensor acústico, os sinais acústicos sendo produzidos pelo menos parcialmente pelo impacto das partículas de areia dentro do fluxo em um objeto, compreendendo as etapas de: a) estimar o local dos impactos de partícula na linha de fluxo; e b) pesar os sinais de resposta de acordo com a distância entre o local estimado e o local do detector.
