Abstract
GEOMEMBRANA PRODUZIDA COM MISTURAS DE POLIETILENO DE ALTA DENSIDADE, POLIETILENO LINEAR DE BAIXA DENSIDADE E POLIETILENO DE BAIXA DENSIDADE. Patente de invenção pertencente ao campo dos produtos químicos produzida com polietileno obtido por meio da cana-de-açúcar sendo obtida pelos processos de produção balão e plano/cast. No entanto, será produzida com polietileno de fonte renovável contribuindo desta maneira para o meio ambiente. A geomembrana objeto da presente patente é obtida por meio do processo de extrusão, utilizando-se mistura dos seguintes materiais: PEAD - polietileno de alta densidade produzido com etileno obtido do álcooI da cana-de-açúcar; PEBDL - polietileno de baixa densidade linear produzido com etileno obtido do álcool da cana-de-açúcar; PEBD - polietileno de baixa densidade; Master batch preto contendo negro de fumo, aditivos anti-oxidante e anti-UV. Uma quantidade acima de 75% será utilizada dos dois primeiros materiais mencionados produzidos com etileno de fonte renovável, contribuindo desta maneira com o meio ambiente.GEOMEMBRANE PRODUCED WITH MIXTURES OF HIGH-DENSITY POLYETHYLENE, LINEAR LOW-DENSITY POLYETHYLENE AND LOW-DENSITY POLYETHYLENE. Invention patent belonging to the field of chemical products produced with polyethylene obtained from sugar cane being obtained by the balloon and flat/cast production processes. However, it will be produced with polyethylene from a renewable source, thus contributing to the environment. The geomembrane object of this patent is obtained through the extrusion process, using a mixture of the following materials: HDPE - high-density polyethylene produced with ethylene obtained from sugarcane alcohol; LLDPE - linear low density polyethylene produced with ethylene obtained from sugar cane alcohol; LDPE - low density polyethylene; Black master batch containing carbon black, anti-oxidant and anti-UV additives. An amount above 75% will be used of the first two materials mentioned, produced with ethylene from a renewable source, thus contributing to the environment.
