Abstract
DISPOSITIVO E MéTODO PARA DETECçãO DE BLOQUEIO DE GáS EM UM CONJUNTO DE BOMBA SUBMERSìVEL ELéTRICA. Um dispositivo e um método podem detectar e também romper uma ocorrência de bloqueio de gás em um conjunto de bomba submersível elétrica em um furo de poço, com base em dados de superfície ou de poço abaixo, sem a necessidade de uma intervenção de operador. Para a detecção de uma ocorrência de bloqueio de gás, um valor instantâneo é monitorado usando-se um sensor. Então, um controlador compara o valor instantâneo com um valor de limite por uma duração predeterminada para se detectar, desse modo, a ocorrência de um bloqueio de gás no conjunto de bomba submersível elétrica. Os sensores podem incluir, por exemplo, um medidor de pressão diferencial, um medidor de pressão localizado em um estágio de bomba localizado em direção à entrada, um sensor de temperatura localizado em direção à descarga, um detector de gás livre localizado próximo da descarga de bomba, um medidor de resistividade elétrica, um medidor de fluxo localizado na tubulação de produção de superfície, e um sensor de vibração afixado a uma coluna de tubulação para a medição de uma assinatura de vibração.
